These Upholstered stools are made out of a wooden structure with foam, connected with a fabric hinge. They were designed specifically for the break out area of The Levantina Bar to create interaction between the visitors. Analyzing the way people congregate, the outcome was that people prefer to seat in circles for better interaction and more privacy. The fabric hinge gives the possibility to be seated in many different ways. Depending on the communication between users the seats can be positioned to accommodate each user’s own space or to connect people on a circle or a line.
